Hello anglers: We are out on a 1.5 day Lets Talk Hook Up/Shimano seminar trip. Currently we are 85 miles from home and we have had a chance to catch some 40-70 pound bluefin tuna this morning. We haven’t landed very many–six so far. And we have one fish hooked. It doesn’t happen very often when you get a chance at this size fish on a shorter trip like this so we are feeling pretty fortunate. Dave Goske is pictured with Capt Art and a nice 50 pound bluefin tuna. We have caught a few snall bluefin and some small yellowtail as well.
