Your fish is held in 30-degree saltwater until the trip’s end. At the dock, you can make arrangements with Sportmen’s Seafoods or Five-Star Processing or Fisherman’s Processing to fillet and package your fish at their facilities.
Two fish processors meet the boat upon arrival at Fisherman’s Landing.
Same day fillet service is available. Call your preferred processor for a dockside reservation as soon as you book your fishing trip.
You can also take your fish home and fillet or can it yourself. Keep in mind that your refrigerated catch can be filleted the same day. Ice is available for sale at the landing.
