Hello anglers, Today was the first day of our annual Braid Products trip. We fished an area about 100 miles from San Diego. We were extremely lucky and found a school of bluefin tuna. We landed 58 fish and most of them are in the 35-40 pound range with a few smaller and a few bigger. We might have one fish that will tip the scales at 60 pounds. Everyone has at least one bluefin and they also had several opportunities for more. There were a few 20-25 pound yellowfin tuna landed as well. We are headed for Guadalupe Island for tomorrow to give everyone a chance at a quality yellowfin tuna. Hopefully we can get lucky and get everyone at least one of those 50-70 pond yellowfin.
