Fish Processors

There are three options to enjoy your catch after a Searcher trip. All three processors will meet the boat upon arrival at Fisherman's Landing.

1. Frozen Catch. Your fish is fresh frozen during the trip and arrives at the dock frozen. You can trade for cans or have either Sportmen's Seafoods or Five-Star Processing fillet and package your fish. There is a time delay to receive your product. Call for details.

2. Refrigerated Catch. Your fish is held in 30-degree saltwater until the trip's end. At the dock, you can have Sportmen's Seafoods or Five-Star Processing fillet and package your fish. Same day service is available with this option.

3. Trading Fish for Cans. Your frozen catch can be traded for cans, including plain and gourmet-flavored albacore. Call for trade-in values and prices for special blends.

You can also take your fish home and fillet or can it yourself. Keep in mind that your refrigerated catch can be filleted the same day. Frozen fish can be filleted 24-48 hours later.
