As Team Searcher’s newest member and a newbie to the sportfishing world, I ask our captains a boatload of questions! They get a kick out of my queries like “What’s a boot stripe?” “Is it ‘dropper loop’ or ‘drop and loop?’ “What is ‘wide open’ and is that a good thing?” and even “Why is an angler called an angler?” Now they have graciously offered to open up the Q&A forum to all of our Searcher friends.
